PicQ acts solely as a technology facilitator that enables customers and independent service providers to connect and transact through the Platform.
Depending on your interaction with the Platform, we may collect the following categories of information:
Full name, mobile number, email address, encrypted password, profile photograph, date of birth (where required), gender (optional).
Booking ID, service type, booking date and time, service location, studio details, event information, package details, special instructions, booking history.
Transaction ID, payment amount, payment status, refund status, invoice details, GST information (where applicable).
PicQ does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking passwords. Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment gateways.
Government-issued identity proof, PAN card (where legally required), GST registration certificate, business registration documents, bank account details, professional certifications, drone operator licences and approvals (where applicable).
Device model, device identifier, operating system, browser type, IP address, app version, language settings, time zone, crash reports, error logs, usage analytics.
With your permission, PicQ may access device location to display nearby studios, improve booking accuracy, enable navigation, coordinate service delivery, and enhance service availability.
Camera and gallery access is used to upload profile photos, capture booking images, upload verification documents, and share media during bookings. Microphone access is used to record audio or video content and enable supported communication features.
Customer support chats, complaints, messages, ratings, reviews, survey responses, and feedback.
We may receive limited information from trusted third parties, including payment gateway providers, studio partners, service providers, government verification services, analytics providers, marketing partners, and social login providers.
