Welcome to PicQ, a digital marketplace owned and operated by PicQ MediaSpace Private Limited (CIN: U74209TN2025PTC187075) ("PicQ", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PicQ mobile application, website, and all related services. By creating an account, browsing listings, making a booking, listing a service, or otherwise using PicQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies published by PicQ. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
For the purpose of these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:
PicQ is a technology marketplace that enables Users to discover, compare, and book creative and media-related services. Services available on the Platform may include:
PicQ may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice.
PicQ is solely a technology platform. PicQ facilitates connections between Customers and independent Service Providers. PicQ:
All Service Providers operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide. PicQ does not guarantee creative style, artistic quality, service outcome, availability, punctuality, or suitability of any Service Provider.
By using PicQ, you agree that:
You must be at least 18 years old, or use PicQ under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. PicQ reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account that fails to satisfy eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, Users may be required to register an account. Users agree to:
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
PicQ may verify a User's mobile number, email address, government identity, business registration, GST details, studio ownership, professional licenses, and drone permissions (where applicable). Verification by PicQ does not guarantee the quality, legality, or reliability of any User or Service Provider.
PicQ currently facilitates bookings for Studio Rentals, Studio Services, Instant Reels Shoot, Photography, Videography, Drone Shoot, Equipment Rental, and Event Coverage. Additional services may be introduced without requiring amendments to these Terms.
A booking generally involves selecting a service, choosing a date and time, selecting a provider or studio (where applicable), entering booking details, making payment as required, and receiving booking confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation through the Platform. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. PicQ reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking due to operational, technical, legal, safety, or other valid reasons.
Sections 11 to 24: pricing, refunds, late arrivals, studio rules, equipment rentals, and drone shoots.
All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. The booking amount may include service charges, studio rental charges, equipment rental charges, platform or convenience fees, applicable taxes (including GST), and other charges, if applicable. The final payable amount will be displayed before payment confirmation. All applicable taxes shall be charged as per Indian law. PicQ reserves the right to correct pricing errors, technical mistakes, or incorrect listings at any time.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways approved by PicQ. PicQ does not store sensitive banking credentials such as UPI PIN, debit/credit card PIN, CVV, or net banking passwords. Payment failure due to bank, network, payment gateway, or technical issues shall not create any liability on PicQ. A booking shall be confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. PicQ reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings.
Depending on the service booked, PicQ may require an advance payment before confirming the booking. The remaining amount, if any, shall be paid according to the payment terms displayed during booking or as communicated by PicQ or the Service Provider. Failure to pay the balance amount may result in cancellation of the booking or denial of service.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service category, studio policy, event type, equipment booking, time remaining before booking, and Service Provider policy. Detailed cancellation and refund rules are governed by PicQ's Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. PicQ reserves the right to deduct applicable cancellation charges where permitted.
Eligible refunds shall generally be processed within 7 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method used during the booking. PicQ reserves the right to refuse refunds where the service has already been completed, the Customer fails to attend the booking, cancellation occurs outside the permitted period, false claims are submitted, or fraudulent activity is detected.
Rescheduling requests are subject to provider availability, studio availability, and operational feasibility. Additional charges may apply. PicQ does not guarantee successful rescheduling.
If the Customer fails to appear at the scheduled location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled, refunds may not be available, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may reduce the available service duration. Service Providers are not obligated to extend the booking beyond the scheduled time, and additional charges may apply for extended service hours.

Customers shall not request any illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activities.
Service Providers using PicQ agree to provide professional services, maintain required qualifications and licences, arrive on time, maintain professional behaviour, follow applicable laws, deliver services as agreed, protect customer privacy, avoid misleading advertisements, and maintain required insurance or permits where applicable. Service Providers remain solely responsible for the services they provide.
Customers booking a studio must comply with studio rules, use equipment responsibly, avoid damage to property, follow safety instructions, and vacate the premises on time unless extended. Studios may impose additional operational rules, and failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Customers renting equipment agree that equipment shall be returned in the same condition, late return charges may apply, damage, loss, or theft may result in repair or replacement charges, and security deposits may be collected where applicable. PicQ may assist in resolving disputes but is not responsible for equipment misuse by Users.
For event bookings, Customers must obtain all venue permissions and arrange entry passes unless otherwise agreed. Delays caused by organisers, venue authorities, or security are not the responsibility of PicQ, and creative output may vary depending on event conditions.
Drone bookings are subject to weather conditions, DGCA regulations, local authority permissions, restricted airspace, and safety considerations. Drone operations may be cancelled, postponed, or modified without liability where legal or safety requirements prevent operation. Customers are responsible for obtaining any event-specific permissions required for drone operations.
Sections 25 to 40: IP rights, liability limits, termination, dispute resolution, and contact details.
Users may upload photographs, videos, documents, logos, identity proofs, reviews, descriptions, profile images, and other content ("User Content") through the Platform. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all necessary legal rights and permissions to upload it, that the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, and that the content is lawful and does not contain malicious software, defamatory material, obscene content, or prohibited material. PicQ reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including but not limited to the PicQ name, logos, trademarks, software, user interface, source code, designs, icons, graphics, databases, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to PicQ MediaSpace Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No User may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, lease, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from PicQ.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the ownership and usage rights of photographs, videos, reels, edited content, and other deliverables shall be governed by the agreement between the Customer and the respective Service Provider. PicQ does not claim ownership of Customer deliverables solely because the booking was made through the Platform. Where a Customer expressly grants permission, Service Providers may use the final work for portfolios, promotions, or professional showcases. PicQ may use completed work for promotional purposes only after obtaining the necessary permissions where required by law.
Customers and Service Providers may submit ratings and reviews. Reviews must be genuine, respectful, relevant, non-defamatory, non-abusive, and based on actual experience. PicQ may remove reviews that are fake, misleading, offensive, promotional, or otherwise violate these Terms. Repeated abuse of the review system may result in account suspension.
Users shall not create fake accounts, submit fraudulent bookings, use stolen payment methods, impersonate another person or business, manipulate ratings or reviews, misuse promotional offers or referral programs, or interfere with the Platform's security or operations. PicQ reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings, withhold payments where legally permitted, and report fraudulent activities to the appropriate authorities.
PicQ may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if a User violates these Terms, engages in fraud or unlawful activity, provides false information, abuses other Users or Service Providers, damages studio property or rented equipment, attempts to bypass the Platform for fraudulent purposes, or engages in activities that may harm PicQ's reputation or operations. Termination of an account does not affect any outstanding obligations or liabilities.
Use of the Platform is also governed by the PicQ Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using PicQ, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PicQ MediaSpace Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your violation of applicable laws, your infringement of any third-party rights, damage caused to any studio, equipment, property, or person, and disputes between Customers and Service Providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data; delays caused by traffic, weather, public events, technical failures, internet outages, or government restrictions; creative dissatisfaction where services have been performed in good faith; acts or omissions of independent Service Providers or Studio Partners; or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a booking. PicQ's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of the Platform service fee paid by the User for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
PicQ shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, pandemic or epidemic, government orders or restrictions, war, terrorism, or civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, strikes or labour disputes, and severe weather conditions.
PicQ reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be published on the Platform with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith discussions. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law before the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies published by PicQ, constitute the entire agreement between the User and PicQ MediaSpace Private Limited regarding the use of the Platform.
